Family is the Heart of Our Community Apple of Excellence
AlmaVia is the proud recipient of the Camarillo Health Care District's 2005 Apple of Excellence Award for best health care facility in Ventura County. The Camarillo Health Care District presents these awards to individuals and organizations who have been recognized by their peers and other professionals for exceeding the expectations in the chosen category.

AlmaVia is honored by this recognition and will continue to strive to meet the needs of residents, families and staff now and in the future.


AlmaVia of Camarillo is located adjacent to St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital. AlmaVia provides much needed assisted living and dementia care services to 90 older adults.

Services and amenities include:

  • Meals and Housekeeping
  • Scheduled Transportation
  • Spiritual Care & Social Services
